Returns & Exchanges.

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase, provided the slippers are unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by a receipt.
Custom-made or clearance items are non-refundable.

Payment

We accept cash, mobile money, and bank transfers.

  • Full payment is required before dispatch when delivery is handled through a third-party ride-hailing service (e.g., Yango, Bolt, Uber).

  • Payment on delivery is allowed only when using our in-house delivery rider.

Delivery & Pickup

We offer nationwide delivery. Delivery timelines range between 1–3 business days. Pickup is available by arrangement.
Delivery fees apply and vary by location.

Quality Assurance

At Kaven Slipper, quality is our priority. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours for a resolution.
